Connections is an adult-only social group. We meet about 4 times a year for delicious pot-luck dinners on Sunday evenings at 5:30 pm in various members’ homes. The hope is to bring people together to create new friendships, rekindle old ones, and to stay connected. If you haven’t yet experienced this fun group, please give it a try. We communicate via e-mail and the website for the dates, times and RSVP info.
Please join us for the events and be a part of our wonderful community.
Please contact Nancy Donchin at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Congregation B’nai Torah’s Connections group will hold its second potluck dinner of the year on Sunday, March 5th starting at 5:30 pm at the home of Rachel and Mark Seliber in Natick.
Almost 50 people attended the last potluck dinner in November at the home of Meryl and Jim Kaye (thank you Kayes!)
All adult members of the congregation are invited to attend the March 5th dinner, which will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new friends, and stay connected as a community.
All attendees are asked to bring food and/or beverages for six people as determined by the first letter of their last names.
For people with last names that begin with:
A–G Please bring an appetizer, a salad and/or side dish and a bottle (or bottles) of wine, beer, or soda.
H–O Please bring a main course.
P–Z Please bring a dessert and a bottle (or bottles) of wine, beer, or soda.
Please note that some people may be contacted a few days prior to the event and asked to change their contributions if more items are needed in other categories.
To ensure that there is a good balance of donations for the dinner as well as paper goods and help to set up and clean up, please RSVP to potluck organizer Nancy Donchin at email@example.com or 508–877–5630 by Sunday, February 26th.
Thank you and hope to see everyone at Connections!
Over 30 CBT members, together with Rabbi Lisa Eiduson and her husband Rabbi Joe Eiduson, enjoyed wonderful food and company at the recent potluck dinner graciously organized and sponsored by CBT's Connections adult social group.
Many thanks to potluck dinner coordinator Nancy Donchin and hosts Rachel and Mark Seliber for making the evening so special.
Stay tuned for the date and location of the next Connections dinner.
